In this comprehensive 8-CPE deep dive in audit project practices, we’ll review of
what’s new on the auditing scene, what still works from the past, and the gaps to
close to confidently deliver our auditing services in the months and years ahead
– all with the intent of delivering in our work better than we ever have before.
Come prepared share audit project management tips, suggestions on
brainstorming risks, and how you tie planning and brainstorming results to audit
program steps. We’ll explore auditor behavior skills – creating intentional
presence and building rapport, plus better interviewing and speaking. We’ll finish
with proven actions for delivering findings and influencing management action.
